When the rainy season arrives the air around you will be moist and it is a condition in which the virus is able to multiply rapidly. By doing so, the threat of disease would be ready to come to you. One of the most widely experienced disease during the rainy season is the flu.

Exercise is one of the activities that can be healthy so that the body will not be easy for the disease. But in cold weather like this makes most people feel lazy to exercise. Indeed the flu can be prevented by exercise, but not the only sport that can prevent the flu.

Here are some actions you can take to keep your body that are not susceptible to Flu during the rainy season.

1. Drink tea with lemon and honey

2. Drinking juice
In addition to tea, safe way to prevent the flu can also drink the juice. Drinking juice can help remove toxins from the lymph system so that your body will be healthier. The content of vitamin C from fruits will boost your immune system.

3. Expand the consumption of mineral
Minerals is one of the essential nutrients needed by the body is beneficial to boost the immune system. Foods that contain zinc include green vegetables, meat, and grains.

4. Consume more protein
Foods that rich in protein is believed to boost the immune system. Therefore, try to multiply the consumption of foods high in protein on the other hand are also low in fat.
